Site Glitches
Hi folks,

We're currently having some technical issues with the site, so this is why you're not able to submit your works at the moment and the themes are all messed up, but bro is aware of it and will be working on fixing things as soon as he's able.

We will be sure to update when things are back to normal. Thank you all for being patient with us.

EDIT: Submitting and themes are fixed. There still seems to be an issue with opening text submissions, but I've notified bro.

EDIT 2: Everything should now be back to normal. Thank you all for your patience while bro got the site fixed.

Donation Drive Update

We would like to thank you all very much for the donations that came in. We ended up with a total of 370.70USD. That's enough to pay for our server costs for the next three months. Server payments are $100/month, so thank you all so, so much! <3

Sorry to be a bit late with the announcement of the winners of the donation drive contest, but we now have the results:

In first place is Zeroboy1696 (their Discord name) with a donation of $99.00US.
In second place is also another person from our discord, Kaikenkeru, with a donation of $58.68US.
Third place with a donation of $69.69US goes to a member who wished to remain anonymous whom I will be contacting via email to send them their prize.

Zeroboy will recieve a commission from ???, Kaikenkeru will receive a commission from ???, and Anon will receive a pre-made artwork specifically for our contest from FallenAngel007. All our winners will be contacted within the next few days so they can receive their prizes.

A very heartfelt thank you to all the artists who donated their time and artwork as prizes to our contest. Please check out their galleries and support them.

Everyone has been so kind and generous. We love you guys! We really can't thank you all enough. :heart2::heart3:

Site Outages and Glitches

We are experiencing issues with the site with images not loading, themes disappearing, broken links and avatars, etc. Our developer, bro, is working on trying to figure out the problem. We're looking into seeing if it's related to the Google outage earlier or if there's an issue with the site itself.

We hope to have things back to normal as quickly as possible, but if you'd like to report a problem you're encountering, you can do so here on this post or over on Y!gallery Bug Club. Please provide screenshots of the problem you're seeing, as Bro finds that very useful.

Thanks everyone.

UPDATE: Things should be fixed now. Bro says to clear your cache or refresh and things should be back to normal. If you're still having issues, just let us know via the links above.

Non-human Penises
Hello Y!gallery,

Some of you may remember that back in the day we had to ban furry art for a time because our server company considered it bestiality, which they would not allow us to have. What allowed us to be able to bring furry artwork back to the site was heavy negotiations where we were able to strike a compromise, which was rule 1f - "Visible penises may be retractable/sheathed, macro or micro, any color or double (diphallia), but must otherwise appear human."

Us mods have been in discussion about that rule, and since the server company we have now has no issues with it, we have decided to make a change to that rule as well as add a new filter so that those that do not want to see non-human penises can opt out. The new filter will be called "Non-human genitalia" and must be applied to any image where the penis is not human. Rule 1f will now read: Visible penises may be human and non-human in shape and color (diphallia is also acceptable), but all non-human penises MUST be tagged with the non-human genitalia filter.

As well as the new filter and rule change, we are also making a change to how all our filters are applied. From now on, ALL filters will be on by default. If there is something specific you wish to see, just go into your settings and uncheck the filters you want to make that specific content visible to you. This does not change the content of what is allowed on the site, it just changes how that content is handled so our members can customize their experience here on the site.

Thank you for being a part of Y!gallery as we continue to do our best to bring this old place into the 21st century. If you have any questions regarding these changes or anything else on the site, feel free to leave a comment on this announcement or ask us over on Mod Helpdesk .

Your Y!gallery staff.

Donation Drive and Contest
Hello everyone,

As you may know, our developer bro has been donating much of his time to work on the new site as well as, not only getting this site up for us, but working on keeping this site working. What you may not know is that he also has been paying for everything out of his own pocket. However, he has lost his job and is in the process of trying to find a new one, so as you can imagine, every bit of cash he has now, he needs for his own living expenses.

This months server payment has just been paid, but to keep the gallery going for the future, we are asking that anyone who can, to donate via paypal to [email protected] To add a little fun to our drive, the person who donates the highest amount will receive a free art commission done by ??? (check out their gallery to get an idea of their art style). You will be able to have artwork of a maximum of any two characters of your choice, nsfw or sfw. The picture will be full flats with some shading and a basic background. If there is more than one person with the highest amount, your names will go into a random name generator and we'll pick a winner that way. We will let you know the winner of the commission one month from now on Dec 1st

We also will be very transparent with any money donated, and will post up a treasurers report each month stating the amount we have received as well as what it is being spent on and how much. Any amount you can donate at anytime will be helpful, so if you can spare anything, it would be much appreciated and you would be helping not only the Y!gallery community, but also Broco who has put so very much of himself into giving us a place to be a community again.

If you'd rather send crypto, you can send ETH, BAT, USDC or BTC to these addresses:

Eth/USDC/BAT/: 0x33bf3a69baebbcd7aaa5fb95efa6ce9636f0cdd6
Btc: 377Hq2yZEcGbv8R34VvsSLko2NngPAvWVD

Ko-fi link if you prefer that, just state it's for the gallery in the comments. :)

EDIT: ??? has very kindly offered to donate a commission to our second place highest donator. They will do artwork for a maximum 2 person commission with cel-shaded coloring and a simple background. Keep those donations coming for your chance to win and thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far
