Okay, but, for example, should I mention it was edited by using Ezgif program and that it was taken from personally recorded footage of one Chinese knock-off mobile game?
Thank you again and let me know, if that is good example or should I change it to your sent thumbnail in this case(I just don't want to cause too much problems upon arriving ><')

I've answered your PM, but you should probably go with the default image. If you check over FAQ 36: What am I permitted to use as a literary thumbnail? there's a list of what you can use and links to all our default images.
