Hi everyone!

Today we're asking about the use of post queueing and crossposting apps like PostyBirb (www.postybirb.com). Basically PostyBirb and other similar apps are essentially a way to post to multiple gallery sites at once. We would like to gauge interest in integrations with these apps, and if there is enough interest, we will look into adding them to Y!gallery. PostyBirb already has a Mastodon (and therefore Y!social) integration, but we would like to see if the community would like to see a direct Y!gallery integration.


We'd essentially be implementing an API key system with certain api routes that would allow for posting and editing submissions and journals remotely. If you have other app recommendations you'd like us to consult with, feel free to contact bro here via PM or @broco in the #ygallery-discussions channel on our Discord as only PostyBirb has been brought to our attention.
