* Vince being serious. I was trying something new here; the way I shaded his jacket didn't stick for the whole image, but the solid ink shadows did.
* Dante does his best to comfort Vince, despite not being in that great an emotional place himself.
* A closer look at Vince's dog tags that he is rarely seen without; you'll notice that they aren't actual military-issue.
* Man, it's been a long time since I had Vince wearing some Dubious Shirts(TM). There's multiple variants of "Alcatraz Triathlon"; I went with the one I'd drawn him in previously back in 2017. Also, forgive my dyslexic ass for misspelling "Triathlon" on the image itself. :U
* The terminal that came with Vince's apartment kitchen is not of the highest quality, nor very reliable--though maybe it would work a little more consistently if Vince would stop applying percussive maintenance. (It's also either the ass-crack of dawn or late at night, as wearing sleeveless shirts when his friends could ring any time was a bit risky.)
* A more serious take on a situation like this. Thema doesn't have the physical strength to hold Vince back when he's truly enraged; it's more the fear of accidentally hurting her that restrains him. (Same for Dante and every other non-combatant among the crew.)
* Vince dons his trench coat for the first time.
* What, did you think I wasn't gonna find a spot for some Vince/Dante fluff?
* Vince in his early 20s, back when he was still relatively optimistic about his future (and was having fun finding new ways to hack Septema University's laughably poorly-guarded network). Present-day Vince does not look fondly on his collegian self.
* That's a big shotgun. Specifically, it's a Blackmore 989X, quite possibly the most powerful shotgun available to civilians in DV--and "to civilians" comes with a massive asterisk, as most people aren't strong enough to fire it without blowing themselves into the next county. Vince doesn't have too much trouble wielding the one he acquires.
* "I told you I'd be fine, didn't I?"
